隱私權政策

這份政策適用哪個產品？

本政策適用《島嶼交通學院》的免費原生 App，以及本專案的瀏覽器遊戲。產品由開源專案的維護者提供。支援與隱私問題可由家長透過支援頁所列機制提出。

裝置上會保留什麼？

• 幼兒模式、音量／靜音與畫質設定。
• 汽車的路線、車種、車色、模式偏好及遊玩紀錄。
• 飛機各活動的本機最佳成績。
• 12 關星星護照的最佳評等、各交通工具累積星星。
• 三站安全觀察課已完成的站數，以及大廳音樂開關。
• 山海同行主線、數學調度階段、前後車人數、完成班次與徽章。
• 家長選擇匯入時，保留小小列車長備份原文與可接續的拆合進度，只在本機讀取與保存。

這些資料只用來記住你的選擇與遊玩進度，不用於廣告、跨 App 追蹤或建立伺服器使用者檔案。火車的當次課程狀態在遊戲執行期間使用。App 不提供會員帳號或自建雲端同步。

手機方向盤與權限

若家長選擇啟用手機傾斜轉向，App 會在裝置上讀取方向／動作感測值，用來計算左右轉向。原始感測值不寫入遊玩紀錄，也不上傳到維護者的伺服器。可以改用觸控按鈕，不必啟用感測功能。

本 App 不需要孩子的 GPS 位置、相機、麥克風、通訊錄或廣告識別碼。畫面上的台灣地圖是原創遊戲景觀，不是使用孩子所在地產生的地圖。

中文語音怎麼運作？

原生 App 將固定的教練提示交給裝置已安裝的本機語音服務朗讀，不錄音、不辨識孩子的聲音，也沒有自建的網路語音 API。原生版本不選擇要求網路的音色；沒有合適的本機音色時，改用完整圖文提示，不自動下載音色或啟動語音引擎安裝。

裝置的語音包、系統更新及語音引擎設定由 Apple、Android 或裝置供應商管理。瀏覽器版的朗讀由瀏覽器與其系統語音服務決定，可能和原生 App 不同。家長可隨時關閉聲音。我們不把所有系統服務概括成「永遠不連網」。

離線素材與網站連線

原生 App 的遊戲程式、3D 模型、圖片與字型隨安裝包提供，遊玩不需要登入或連到遊戲伺服器。瀏覽器版第一次開啟、更新或重新整理時，會向網站讀取這些檔案；網站主機服務可能處理 IP 位址與瀏覽器等一般連線資訊。這不代表 App 將本機設定或學習紀錄上傳。

原生 App 不直接開啟外部支援或原始碼網站，只提供文字地址供家長使用。瀏覽器版也只顯示聯絡方式，不會直接開啟外部網站。家長自行使用外部服務時，該服務依自己的隱私政策處理連線與自行提交的內容。外部支援由家長操作；請勿在公開問題中提供孩子的姓名、照片、生日或其他個人資料。

如何清除資料？

Android 可在系統的 App 儲存空間設定清除資料。iPhone／iPad 可刪除 App 以移除其本機資料；「卸載 App」可能保留資料，與刪除不同。裝置系統的備份與還原由系統設定控制，可能包含本機設定；備份中的資料請依平台提供的方法管理。因為沒有伺服器會員帳號，沒有另設帳號刪除流程。

家長主動寄送的支援內容

家長若自行寄信到 a820628a@gmail.com，維護者會使用你提供的聯絡地址、問題內容及自願附上的裝置資訊來回覆與處理問題。這是你主動使用外部郵件服務提交的支援資料，與 App 自動上傳遊玩紀錄不同；不作廣告或跨 App 追蹤。

請不要寄送孩子的姓名、照片、生日或其他個人資料。支援內容僅在處理與後續聯絡所需的期間使用；若要移除你自願提供的支援內容，可向同一信箱提出要求。郵件服務本身依其服務與保存設定處理資料。

政策更新與聯絡

若未來的版本新增資料收集、商業功能或第三方服務，我們會先更新這份政策及商店申報。請家長由支援頁查看目前的聯絡方式。公開客服與隱私聯絡信箱為 a820628a@gmail.com，由家長自行使用郵件工具寄送問題；App 不直接開啟外部郵件工具。維護者不要求你提供孩子的個人資料來使用或取得支援。

Privacy policy — English summary

Updated October 15, 2026. This policy covers Island Transport Academy and its browser game. The app does not require an account or a child's name. Preferences, car choices and play records, and flight scores, the 12-outing passport, collected stars, three-stop observation progress and music preference are stored locally. There are no ads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or gameplay analytics SDKs in this release, and the app does not upload these records to a maintainer-operated server.

Optional tilt steering processes orientation and motion values on the device. Raw sensor values are not saved to play records or uploaded. The app does not require GPS location, camera, microphone, contacts, or an advertising identifier.

Native voice guidance sends fixed instructional text to an installed local device voice. It does not record or recognise speech, use a custom online TTS service, select a network-required voice, or automatically install voice data. If no suitable voice is available, on-screen guidance remains available. Browser speech and device-managed voices, updates, and backups may follow the operating system provider's settings and policies.

Native game content is bundled for offline play. The browser version downloads files from its host, which may process ordinary connection information. Native pages display external support/source addresses without opening those sites. Support addresses are displayed as text in both versions; the support page does not open external services. Parents should not post children's personal information in public support requests.

The shared student record also stores math carriage quantities, lesson phases, completed dispatches and mainline achievements. If a parent chooses to import a local Taiwan Train Math backup, the original backup and supported quantity progress are retained on the device without upload. Local data can be removed using app-storage controls or by deleting the app. Operating system backups are managed separately. Parents can contact the maintainers at a820628a@gmail.com or through the support page. Voluntarily emailed contact details and issue content are used to answer the support request, not for advertising or tracking. Ask the same email address to remove voluntarily submitted support content. The native app displays the address without opening an email client.
